Alcatel OneTouch is bringing its debut Windows 10 tablet - or any version of Windows, for that matter - to the Consumer Electronics Show. The Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 3 is described as an entry-level slate with an 8-inch display running a version of Windows 10 Mobile that's optimized for tablets.
